Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to recommend a promotion system at PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran. It is expected that the system built can display employee data and decide on promotion recommendations, as well as produce reports according to company needs. The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) application becomes a crucial control center for users in monitoring and managing the performance of an organization or project. Based on the results of ISO 25010 testing that has been carried out involving 4 respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the feasibility of the resulting software has a percentage of success with an average total of 93.93%. So it can be concluded that the percentage value obtained shows the overall quality of the software has a Very Good scale for the elaboration of questionnaires related to ISO 25010 testing.
