Abstract

The application of technology in the application of calculating cost of goods sold is an important key in improving the efficiency and accuracy of business processes. The problem experienced by PT Ciomas Adisatwa is that the calculation of cost of goods sold is still using manually by calculating with a calculator and using a spreadsheet, this requires a long process to find out the cost of goods sold for a product to be sold. By using this application, companies can analyze cost components more efficiently and make more informed decisions in determining the appropriate selling price. In addition, the cost of goods sold calculation application also helps companies identify areas that can be optimized to reduce production costs and increase profitability.
